Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene liners remain intact and undamaged.
Label and Post
Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
